Please note:
Web Summit staff will only ever contact you using an @websummit.com email address. Your startup success manager is your main point of contact for Web Summit. If you are unsure of any correspondence you receive, please forward it to your success manager.
Web Summit 2022 will be in Lisbon from November 1 - 4, at the Altice arena and FIL, Rossio dos Olivais, 1990-231 Lisboa, Portugal.
Opening Night will take place on Tuesday, November 1 and will be followed by Night Summit. The schedule will be released in September.
The exhibition then takes place on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, November 2-4 from 8.30-5pm.

We have 20+ tracks exploring every industry affected by tech, from robotics to health to music.
Official event wifi will be freely available throughout the venue.
While we plan ahead for November, we are liaising with our host city of Lisbon to deliver the safest event for all attendees. No matter what, we will be strictly adhering to the government’s guidelines, and the advice of the ECDC. We will release specific details in due course.
The safety and security of attendees at Web Summit is our prime concern. Security checks will be mandatory when entering venues. These checks will be in adherence with Portugal’s security and health protocols at the time.
Food and beverages will be available across the event. The catering, and external food and beverage suppliers, will be strictly adhering to government health and safety guidelines throughout the event.
As a BETA startup ticket holder you will have access to the startup lounge on the exhibition floor. This is an exclusive lounge for startups where you can network, host meetings and take a break! As a BETA startup ticket holder you will have escort rights to bring investors into the lounge with you.
Please note: this area is a lounge, there are no private meeting spaces available
There will be cloakrooms and bag drops available for all attendees at Web Summit.

This is called the right to erasure and means that you can ask for your personal information to be deleted. When you delete your account, we delete your data in accordance with our data retention policies. Otherwise, if you wish to make a request to delete your data, then please contact us at dataprotection@websummit.com
Sometimes it is not possible to delete your data – for instance, if we have a valid legal basis for keeping it – but if that’s the case we will let you know.
Please be aware that we may require some identification to check that you are who you say you are.

Our speakers team are always excited to hear from new people, and we’re always looking to collaborate with more founders and CEOs to create engaging content for our attendees. You can apply to speak on our website: websummit.com/speakers/speaker-application
All applications are reviewed weekly by our speakers team. They will directly reach out to you if your application has been accepted.
Once you click “Confirm for print” it is no longer possible to amend the information on your startup board.
Filming at the event is only permitted when you have received written consent from our team and you have provided a full itinerary. Before requesting consent to record at Web Summit please read through the official camera guidelines here.
Your exhibition details will be circulated to you by Friday, October 21. You will be assigned either Wednesday, November 2, Thursday, November 3 or Friday, November 4 to exhibit.
*Exhibiting day cannot be requested.
When you purchased your Web Summit package you were assigned a startup success manager. They are your main point of contact for Web Summit and are there to answer any questions you may have. You will be able to find out who this is by searching your inbox for an email with the subject line “*Your company name* - Welcome to Web Summit."

You can receive a full refund if you request to cancel your ticket within 14 days of booking your ticket. We have a strict no-refund policy after this date.
