It's important to assign your tickets as soon as possible. Your tickets give you access to each of the three days of Web Summit, access to weekly updates from your startup success manager and biweekly Startup Sessions. Your tickets also allow you to apply for startup activations.
Your tickets
How do I assign my tickets?
To assign your tickets follow this link. On this page please enter the email address that was used when you purchased your package.
When you enter the email address, you will receive an email containing the link to your personal ticket dashboard. This link expires after 48 hours for security purposes. (Please allow up to 24 hours for this link to arrive in your inbox.)
Once you have followed the link, you will see your ticket package under ‘My orders’. By clicking ‘Manage tickets’, you will be able to assign your tickets.

In the ticket dashboard you can:
View your ticket status
Check your ticket details
Edit your ticket details
Transfer your ticket to someone else
Create your personal profile
Please note: Once you log in to the Web Summit mobile app your ticket will be locked and you will no longer be able to transfer the ticket.
Extra tickets
If you wish to purchase extra startup tickets for your company, please email your startup success manager who will send you a link. Extra tickets will allow the same access as the three tickets in your startup package and these team members will automatically receive the weekly emails from your success manager.

When do I need to assign my tickets by?
Please assign your tickets at least 5 days before the event.
Can I reassign my ticket?
To reassign a ticket, please log in to you ticket dashboard here.
Please note: Once you log in to the Web Summit mobile app, your ticket will be locked and you will no longer be able to transfer the ticket.
Are tickets transferrable during the event?
No, when a ticket has been assigned and registered at the event it can no longer be reassigned and used by another team member.
How do I retrieve my tickets for the event?
Please make sure you have downloaded the Web Summit mobile app before arriving to the venue. On arrival at registration you will be required to present the mobile app as it contains the QR code of your tickets. When you have registered, you will be given a wristband and your accreditation. You will need these to enter the venue for the remaining days of the event.
